| The Food Service Department is proud to continue the long standing tradition of serving high quality, nutritious meals to the students, faculty and staff on a daily basis. This tradition of food service is a direct result of our well trained and dedicated staff who have been working at Fessenden for many years. These many years of experience allow the food service staff to continually refine meal offerings based on student preferences, purchase quality ingredients and review cooking and serving methods. The food service motto, "The best service we can give any individual is the best service we can give to all" combined with "service with a smile" has been a rewarding pursuit.
We serve approximately 1,000 meals each day, Monday through Friday and approximately 250 meals each day on weekends from a four-week "cycle menu," which changes by the season and is reviewed by a professional, registered dietitian.
