Students Join Alumni Ranks: Guest Speakers Bill Arnold '07 and Jim Michals '81

The Alumni Council welcomed Fessenden boys for the 108th year into its ranks at the New Alumni Welcome Breakfast during Commencement week.
Their student days drawing to a close at Fessenden, eighty boys joined the alumni ranks this morning at the New Alumni Welcome Breakfast. Guest speaker Bill Arnold '07 told the departing boys how Fessenden prepared him for success in the classroom and on the ice as a member of the 2012 Boston College NCAA hockey championship team and United States Junior World Championship team. Alumni Council Chair Jim Michals '81 told the boys that some of their closest friends throughout life were likely sitting in the room with them and encouraged them to stay in contact with each other and the School. Alumni Director Dan Page invited the new alumni to attend any of the fourteen annual alumni events and to give back to the Fessenden as others did for their education.
