The boys worked hard all game. Unfortunately we came up a little short today. Offensively it was great to see everyone attack the hoop and show confidence with the ball. Adrien D and Diaby D led our team offensively. On the defensive side of the ball the boys did a great job communicating. Specifically from Salih A he continues to be a defensive leader. There were improvements made from everyone which is really encouraging. Next week we have three games Tuesday @BB&N (4pm), Thursday home vs Nativity Prep (3:30), and Friday home vs Xaverian (3:30). 

Fessenden and Gann started out the game very strong on defense. Both teams were shaking the rust off in this early season matchup. Fessenden's defense did a great job holding Gann to only 14 points in the first half. Defense was a whole team effort, Salih Atif really led the way with his communication and effort. Offensively Fessy is still trying to find out what works best. Diaby Doucoure and Ethan Goldberg showed great confidence and a willingness to get to the hoop offensively.

With three minutes left in the game Fessy was down by 11 points. The boys did not give up and cut Gann's lead to 3 points with only two minutes to play. Unfortunately, shots were not falling for us tonight and we came up a few points short. The boys played extremely hard from start to finish. We are just getting started in this long season and looking forward to the season ahead. Our next game will be vs Belmont Hill after break.
