2022 - 2023Head Coach: Asa WeltyCompetitive team made up of all 5th graders. They play games against other schools as well as Red & Gray intramural contests. Fundamental skills and game strategies are stressed.
Team size: 13 players
Practice time: 2:00-3:00
Place: On campus
Participation fee: None
Required Equipment:
Baseball shoes
Baseball glove
Baseball hat (school will issue and charge home)
Undershirt
Sweat pants or shorts (for practice)
Gray game pants (school will issue and charge home)
Athletic supporter and cup
Bat Rules....5th/6th Grade teams (smaller Little League size diamond)No longer than 32 inches
• No specific weight/length ratio limit
• Wood, metal or composite is allowed
• Non-wood and multi-piece wood bats must be USABat certified
• Barrel diameter for any bat may be no larger than 2 5/8"
