Brookline HS Takes Down a Depleted Fessy Squad

This was a COVID loss if I've ever seen one. Missing five of our 12 players, including our top 2, our depleted roster put forth a good fight against Brookline High School but ultimately came up short. I am convinced this would have been a competitive match (maybe one that would have ended up in the win column) had we been at full strength. Still, I was encouraged by the efforts out on court!

Nate L. cruised to a nice victory in straight sets. Wakeman G. had a hard fought five game match that could have gone either way! Other boys had more challenging matches, but I'm proud of all for responding to coaching and implementing tips and tactics discussed in practices.

There was an eerie quiet in the facility as we were not allowed to have any parent or student spectators. We can't wait for some of these restrictions to relax and see a full house again! See full match results below.
